Quotes & Pricing
All work is quoted before it begins, and the price you approve is the price you pay. Quotes given by phone are estimates until a technician inspects the job on site; any change is explained and approved by you before work proceeds.
Ownership Verification
We open vehicles, homes, businesses and safes only for verified owners or authorized agents. You agree to provide valid identification and proof of ownership or authorization; we may decline service where ownership cannot be established.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and mobile payment; an itemized receipt is provided for every job.
Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship and the hardware we supply under the manufacturer’s warranty. If something we installed gives you trouble, contact us and we will make it right.
Liability
Our technicians use non-destructive methods first; where a destructive method is the only option, it is performed only with your consent. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where law provides otherwise.
